What is LAN?
The Lancashire Artists’ Network is a Lancashire County Council supported opportunity for artist focussed professional development. LAN is open to all visual artists and craftspeople living and practising in Lancashire. lanarts.com is a website developed to promote arts activity within Lancashire and become a resource to support artistic development.
Artists visual work is searchable based on name (if known) or keywords and text statements submitted by the artists. A partner site ‘Lancashire Artist’s Database’ holds further contact details, types of art form, location and areas of experience.
There is a link between both sites on each page listing the artists information.

To update your own information with LAD & LAN visit the Lanarts home page > scroll down to the bottom, under featured artist and click on ‘Contact Details’ > Click ‘OK’ when the Security Warnings appear > this opens the LAD database site. Click on the ‘Documents’ on the left hand side navigation panel > Choose either the Word or PDF Registration Form, edit it and save it to your computer. You can then email it to Trudy Martin at lad@folly.co.uk.
