The Living Market (Liverpool) will be holding a series of Saturday Markets in the run up to Christmas.
The Living Market is an established Artists and Makers’ event, Providing a platform for the local creative community to show and sell their creations, network with other creatives and enjoy the relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Originally held at 52 Roscoe Street during 2006, The Living Market 2007 has a great new location; with stall spaces at The International Gallery and workshops and performances at MelloMello Coffee Bar on Slater Street, the venues have excellent passing trade and glass-fronted open space.
Stalls charged at £10 for a wall and table space. Participants are encouraged to bring their own display equipment.
Musicians and Performers will have a hat passed around for them, and are asked to donate 10% of their takings to MelloMello’s tips bowl (the coffee bar is staffed by volunteers). To put yourself forward for selection, please drop a CD/DVD into the staff at MelloMello, for the attention of The Living Market, or email an idea of what you do to Beccy Williams at the number or email below.
There may be a small materials budget available for workshops, to be held upstairs at the C.U.T.S studio please send your proposal and a rough idea of materials budget to:
Beccy Williams on 07904 08 96 08, or by email at:
living_market@yahoo.co.uk
All bookings and proposals must be received before Saturday the 15th of November.
